I received a piece of advice from my good friend Armand Morin, that I want to share with you.

This piece of advice helped completely change my financial future forever because up until that point, I had been taking in all the information I had been learning from studying various mentors online and the value that I got from that was tremendous, but I had not yet reaped any kind of financial reward.

In less then eight weeks I was able to generate $111,000 in revenue from one project based on what this piece of advice taught me.

This is what Armand told me -

I had this great idea of packaging all of these new products and service ideas together. I was really excited to show Armand my thoughts about it when we sat down for lunch one day.

I sat down with Armand and I opened up my laptop and I booted up my Mind Mapping software and I started to show him all my new ideas. Man, I was excited.

"Stop right there" is how Armand responded. He took my mouse and closed my Mind Mapping Software.

What he said then is very powerful. Write this down. He said, "Focus on the implementation. Stu, you're only going to make money on the ideas that you implement, now the thousand of ones your think of." It is all about the implementation.

You won't make money by just having an idea. Once you sell that idea as a completed product is when you will start making money. If someone can see, feel, hear or experience your product they are more likely to buy it then imaging what it will be like.

A great example of this was when John Reese launched Traffic Secrets. He sent physical copies to a targeted list of high-level affiliates well in advance. Why did he send them physical copies? Because when people see your ideas in a finished form, they clearly see the value that it provides versus trying to describe it to them.

Focusing on the implementation is an absolute crucial step for everyone to pay attention to because until an idea is completed you can't make any money from it. Finished products mean an avenue to generate revenue.

A good example of that, when I was there with Armand, he booted up his laptop, went on the Internet, and he said, "I want to show you something," and he showed me a couple of his sites that he has products selling on, and he said, "Okay. With that in mind, I want to buy what you have right now, Stu. I want to buy it. Where do I go to get it?"

I had no answer for him. Why? All of the steps I should have completed inorder to make money online I didn't have completed. I didn't have my big idea completed into a product. I didn't have my completed products and services up for sale. I didn't have any way for people to opt-in for more information, any auto responders set up, I didn't have a sales letter. I didn't even have my shopping cart set up. No where could people buy from me.

In a matter of seconds I learned a very valuable lesson. No matter how many ideas you may have, you can only make money by selling completed ideas.

Hopefully now you are thinking about how you can get your products/services out to your costumer base!

Your business won't grow or make any money from ideas. Even if it is the greatest idea in the world, until it is implemented no money can be made!
