One field you might want to consider is professional coaching; this is true whether you are new to the industry you have chosen or have been there for some time and want to make a change. Once you're comfortable in your new position of coaching, you will realize what a difference you can make with being more efficient and productive as a team. When you think about coaching, you'll find that there are plenty of reasons to get involved in this field. If you feel that you have a lot of skill in helping someone see the bigger picture, or if you have a talent for communicating with people and a real urge to get good information out there, you may find that coaching is for you.
