When people come to your website to take an assessment, they are telling you what their needs are. So when you contact them after they take the assessment, you know what their needs are and how your service or product fulfills those needs. Half of your sales call is done.

No matter the type of online business you have you can utilize an assessment on your website. When people come to your website and see you offer a free assessment they think of interaction. It is like going to the museum as a youngster and being able to turn a wheel that makes a piston go up and down or press a button and shoot air through a cylinder.

When the sales representative called me after I took the assessment, he did not talk about my organization needs or my public speaking needs or my self esteem needs. He spoke to me about my time management needs. This made his job easier.

Knowing the needs of your prospect means your sales call is much easier and much more effective. And because you know your service or product will help your client you are helping more people improve their lives.
